My Approach

I work online, in a positive and solution focused way, offering insights, tools and resources that support you to feel better quickly. 

​

There are 3 strands to my work:

​Individuals – working with mental health, or life-based, challenges.

​

Relationships –relationship repair, and strengthening, that avoids endless talking about the problems.

​

Parents/Carers – strategies to solve parenting struggles and support for parents/carers with children facing mental health challenge.

Your Results

You will know yourself better and learn tools/resources to support you outside of sessions, from the very first session. 

 

Like Sarah, who came to see me as she was struggling with her relationship, and felt stuck and overwhelmed with constant anxiety. 3 months later, she was calm, and managing her health, her parenting, and her new relationship with her partner with confidence. She was able to re-engage with building her successful online business and choose from a range of effective tools to create calm, that take moments to utilise.
